This is a dishonest and unethical business. Don't buy the monthly membership pass. I paid for it, got one car wash, and when I went back another day (two weeks later), they said my membership had expired. They had put a sticker on my car and charged me the montly membership rate, but only gave me one car wash. Now, even after I've tried to cancel it due to being denied car washes from them, they keep trying to charge my debit card each month without my authorization. I called the bank and tried to cancel the recurring charge, but the bank says that Evie's has EACH TIME IT RECURS processed the charge as one-time rather than recurring, making it more difficult to cancel. It is very frustrating that I am unable to cancel this membership because I don't want to have to cancel my debit card and wait for a new one because this one business is stealing my money.

If you have a shark fin antenna on your vehicle, don't use this car wash.... mine snapped in half after going through the carwash. I called to see if there was anything that could be done and Evies said no, and proceeded to blame it on the fact that the sun bakes on cars and causes the shark fin to become brittle. My car is only 2 years old. Also the funny thing is, my car didn't even come out clean! Never again.

Great experience with this place.. all employees are nice and polite. They definitely make your experience worthwhile… will definitely be back again. Both employers are highly trained and willing to help you.

I am not one to write a review but this is worth it. I have used this wash many times before and enjoyed my experience prior. It has been a couple months since I came and this establishment has gone downhill. My Experience: I pull up to the auto pay machine and walk through the prompts and I put my card in and pay and it says to now remove card which I did. The machine then timed out and I did the entire process over again and it worked but there was no receipt paper because it was empty. I then pull up to enter the car wash and the guy working has headphones in talking to someone on the phone and eating a Sandwhich while he is using one hand with the pressure washing gun attempting to spray the front of my car. I am just thankful he didn’t scratch my paint on my car. I then finish using the Vaccuum which worked fine. And decided to go tell the manager Tony (a woman) my experience to help make her aware of the changes that could be made to improve other customers experiences and fix these issues. I was going to leave after that but her response is what encouraged my review. She told me this is a self run car wash and they do the best they can to have it be self sufficient and

Go here instead of Tommy's. Same price but you'll get vacuums with much stronger suction, free rags and cleaning spray, and a slightly cleaner wash overall. We take our cars here regularly and have taken them to Tommy's plenty of times for comparison.
